Before qualifying as a Captain (5000 GT), Captain Stefano Remotti has spent 5 years in the Merchant Navy.
Today, he vaunts over 27 years of experience on board sailing and motor yachts, both private and commercial.
Stefano has cruised all the Mediterranean, the North Sea, Atlantic Sea and the Caribbean and in a certain sense he owes his cosmopolitan mind to the long time spent travelling around the world. Captain Remotti is an efficient, extremely cautious seaman who does not spare any effort in pursuing the excellence in his personal work and in the activity of his Team.

Jean-Pierre started his career with the French National Navy where he has remained for 21 years. He then began working on commercial yachts. In 2004, Jean-Pierre joined MY Axantha (38m), the previous yacht of the current owner of Axantha II. Afterwards, he was honored to participate actively to the building of Axantha II, thats why she has really no secret for him! Jean-Pierre takes pride in keeping a pristine engine room and the yacht in general, running in safe working order at all times.
