Main Deck
The master cabin, double staff cabin, main salon, dining and galley are all located on the
main deck. In the entrance lobby to starboard is a beautiful bronze and glass spiral staircase that surrounds an elevator that leads down to the 5 guest staterooms and up to the impressive skylounge, bridge, and VIP cabin. The crystal staircase provides a beautiful focal point for the yacht throughout all decks.

Owner's Cabin:
Center-line king size bed facing aft, vanity area to port, settee & coffee table to starboard. Mirrored walk-in dressing room to port with safe, refrigerator and steam generator for the bathroom and escape hatch. Samsung 32 inch flat screen TV console and stereo center on aft bulkhead. Cream patterned wool-silk carpet with cream and beige suede deck head and dark wood furniture including a leather topped writing desk En suite bathroom with two sinks, Jacuzzi bath, steam/water shower and bidet.

VIP Cabin:
Located to port of the upper foyer and adjacent to the elevator. This cabin has a great view and a Queen size bed, leather topped writing desk, wardrobe and Crestron controlled flat screen TV. The deck heads are cream suede and beige silk whilst the carpet is a cream colored wool-silk. The bathroom has a large shower, sink and head.

(3) Double Guest Staterooms:
To port and starboard aft as well as forward to port are similar queen bed cabins. Wood and silk paneled walls with fitted wardrobes, lockers and AV system. En suite bathrooms with huge showers, sinks, bidets and head.

(2) Twin Guest Staterooms:
Similar in style to the double cabins, each of these two cabins has twin berths, wardrobes and
lockers. En suite bathrooms with large showers, sinks and heads. The port midship twin cabin
can be converted into a King size bed by sliding the berths together.

Staff cabin:
This twin cabin is located between the galley and the main deck lobby. Sometimes occupied by
the chef, this cabin allows two additional supporting staff members to be accommodated when guests are onboard. En suite bathroom with stall shower.

Dale Parker | Captain | American
Dale has spent the best part of his life on the sea. Originally from Lake Tahoe, Nevada, his parents relocated to the US Virgin Islands when he was just two years old. Dale was raised on a Schooner based in St. Thomas and earned his first captain’s license when he was just 18. Over the years, Dale has had a variety of prestigious yachting jobs – captaining private and charter yachts, and also as a new-build project manager. Having navigated all of the world, Dale has a wealth of knowledge. He will be able to tell you a story on just about anything to do with the sea. He is an enthusiastic guide and knows all of the secret spots. Dale will go to great lengths to ensure guests have an adventurous and memorable trip.

Paul Hartigan | Chief Engineer | Australian
Don’t spend too much time with Paul, he might make you laugh! He started out in this industry as a young engineer and has excelled all the way up to Chief Engineer. Paul is from the East side of Australia but has travelled at sea over the last 20 years in this industry and has seen many areas of the world. When Paul is not working, he enjoys time off snow skiing and cycling in whatever part of the world he finds himself in.

Petar Papsa | Chief Officer | Croatian
Petar was born in Sibinek and lives on the island of Murter. He completed the Nautical Academy and Faculty of Marine Nautics in Split, Croatia. Petar’s maritime career began as an apprentice mate in the merchant navy. Afterwards, he became a lieutenant of the merchant navy, as well as the Captain of a container ship, where he sailed across across the Atlantic and Pacific several times. Approximately 12 years ago, Petar moved to the yachting industry where he became Captain of yachts ranging from 86 -195 feet, both charter and private. Petar also supervised a yacht new build in Poole at the Sunseeker factory. On the island of Murter where Petar lives, he cares for 250 olive trees, 50 fig and cherry trees, and has his own small olive mill which produces extra virgin olive oil as well as various kinds of fruit brandies. He enjoys fishing, diving and snow/water skiing in his spare time.

Nathan Vergos | Bosun | South African
Growing up in the coastal city of Durban, Nathan spent a lot of time on the water whether it be fishing, diving or catching some waves. When it came to choosing a profession, the yachting industry ticked all the right boxes for him. Nathan has worked on a variety of yachts ranging from 120 to 200 feet. During that time, he became a dive master, completed his yacht master and is currently working towards Officer of the Watch. Nathan enjoys playing golf whenever possible and as much as possible. He also enjoys fishing and sports in his spare time. You will always see Nathan out on deck with a smile ready to assist guests any way he can.

William Soriano | Deckhand | Filipino
William grew up in the Philippines and has worked all over the world including Taiwan, where he won the most outstanding employee in 2004. In 2009, he then went to work in the yachting industry as a deckhand in the Mediterranean. William strives to ensure that every guest’s experience on board is one to remember.

Chef | Alana Jenkins | Australian
Alana grew up in the small coastal town of Port Macquarie, Australia. Having worked in a number of prestigious hospitality establishments in Australia and with her love for the ocean, she decided to embark on a career in yachting. Alana is a top-performing certified Chef with many years’ experience practicing the culinary arts on private estates, aboard luxury yachts, and in fine restaurants both within Australia and abroad. She has proven the ability to delight the most discerning palate with an emphasis on sound nutrition, presentation, food and wine pairing, and the total dining experience.

Pam Nelson | Chief Stewardess | Canadian
Pam comes from Victoria, British Columbia. Growing up, Pam’s parents owned a classic wooden boat for almost her entire life, and she has spent many summers exploring the Gulf Islands with all of her family. Intrigued by her older siblings’ careers in the yachting industry, combined with her strong hospitality background and love of ocean, Pam followed their steps and worked her way up to Chief Stewardess. As one of five kids in her family, Pam knows how to work hard, and always has a positive attitude and flexible approach in any situation. In Pam’s spare time she enjoys cooking, fine wines, movies, music and human/health sciences, in which she attended post-secondary education for Anatomy & Physiology.

Sandie Nielsen | 2nd Stewardess | Danish
Sandie has been at sea 11 years already. She started her career with Disney Cruises as a receptionist/concierge and also had the honor to work with Make-A-Wish to help kids with a last wish. Moving on to yachts, she has worked in every role up until the Captain’s right hand (also called a Purser). Sandie is on board M/Y MIM to make your day a little happier and make sure you are not missing a drink in your hand - be it a green breakfast smoothie or a dinner glass of wine. When Sandie is not working she likes to spend time paragliding or scuba diving.

Katie Paterson | 3rd Stewardess | Canadian
Katie grew up in Kamloops, British Columbia. She has always had a love from the ocean and has spent the last three years living on Vancouver Island in Victoria. Katie has done a tremendous amount of traveling and also completed her yoga instructor course in Mexico. She has bartended and served for several years and is very much so a people person. She is bubbly, loves to laugh and is always keen to create a crafty cocktail.

Lauren Parker | 4th Stewardess | American
Lauren was born and raised in South Florida, and grew up around yachts, as her father has been a Captain for 30+ years. Having just finished her second year of college, and never leaving North America, Lauren was interested in seeing more of the world and pursued her first job as a Stewardess. Lauren is thrilled and feels honored to be working on board M/Y MIM. She is excited to see what opportunities will unravel. In Lauren’s spare time she enjoys creative arts such as painting/drawing, singing, acting and dancing.
